I had the best time during my first year, everything was light and working with no pressure but now its really different. Im not even allowed to take UL when sick I guess productivity is more important. Task us now is just the same with other companies I worked with. I understand change is constant

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not really sure anymore but when I started I remember Im always excited to log in and looking forward to working even I'm WFH because 3 years ago we are literally working while having fun but now I can feel the pressure everyday.
