I would like to give feedback specially the changes happening when you are being reskilled, for example from MX to DX. From what I've experienced these changes happen almost immediately affecting the plans of teammates, some teammates file leave close to their RD and these changes affect those

The bonuses are a bit low, OTs are sometimes not paid
