Not all team leaders are effective TLs. Some of them will make you feel like you are not a valueable member of the team and thus can be disposed of at any time. I am refering to a team leader named Abigail Bernardo.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Make sure that the team leaders are leaders on all levels and not just there to display authority. A particular TL named Abigail Bernardo isn't an effective leader for lacking in genuine compassion and attentiveness and charisma.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A team leader named Abigail Bernardo needs to learn to be more compassionate and attentive to her team members. She keeps ignoring members she doesn't like, creating a divide within the team and, in the process, ensuring the failure of non-favorites.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team leaders should act like leaders and not just there to mandate the members. I am referring to a particular team leader named Abigail Bernardo. She's considered the most tenured among all, and maybe she should beed a refresher on what a true leader is like.
