I'm not satisfied with the salary, benefits and other perks some of it are really not useful, the only reason that makes me stay here is the WFH set up so once we were force to RTO probably I might resign. Also the HRSS is very hard to reach out so many lapses. My ID req still not yet processed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SALARY is very low given that you need to have experience when applying in this LOB (LWT), and the BENEFITS they are available to limited number of employee only so basically it's not employees benefit (Nextgen), HMO they changed the provider and some useful coverage is unavailable now.
