At first i have doubts to work here from the 1st 6 months that i have stayed , but when i soon was able to meet a new team and Team lead , things have changed because they see my potential and push me to be better and my opnions and suggestions are also heared ..

The leaves and its less hassle incase you have a emergency

They do listen on what does the employee needs, opinons, suggestions which is so rare in other bpo companies nowadays

everyone is heared and we do appriciate each other , respect and responsibilty and value of each individual is always there

non- toxic teamates , each one is willing to help , a team lead who is lenient but does listen to each one of you
What are some of the best things about your team?
in my current team we do have the same jive and do think of others growth and how does our team improve by each peoples contribution w.o compromising others opinion , suggestion etc. the diversity is balance
