Im happy with my stay here. The only thing that makes me think to leavve is the salary we dont even have incentives that other top performers would be complacent. There was once but it caused me too much stress. NGS should be given to everyone that has kids or family or at least increase the salary

We are a team. We value and respect each other we make sure that no one is left behind

I like that my TL is transparent and easy to talk to. Making sure that everyone is on track and considerate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They seem to be very lively, and you barely hear toxic comments about the company though nothing's perfect. I just hope that there will be increase in salary for me to stay longer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary we have here does not meet the expenses that we have as a family of 6 and a breadwinner of the family. I am the only one whos working for my own family, my mother and sister. And one of the benefits that could help me with my children's education is not easy to attain. It was a first com
