In general im satisfied with the position I work and my team. Salary is the biggest topic for past 2 years and are sill waiting for information. The number of tasks only increased including all tasks from TaskUs administration part and I am still struggling to easily find all information and changes

We are all team players and keep each other backs. Helping each other to achieve all KPIs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary allignement is still not completed. Waiting for it 2 years now. I was an excellent performer and always keept the quality of my work over the targets. I was never compensated for that. I was getting a salary raise only when I would change positions. Even then I would get the minimun for it.
