What makes you most happy at work?
Working and seeing my friends. Also the gym every end of the shift.

Teamwork and cooperation. No one gets let down. Everyone is moving on the same phase.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Retirement Package it is the first time I ever heard about it and I think it is very wonderful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no discrimination about genders (I'm straight myself but I like the fact that there is no discrimination here) and everyone is friendly. That alone is positive already.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not just leaders they are friendly, supportive, providing positive advice, always giving us great feedbacks even though we did something wrong they don't look down on us but instead they boosts our confidence to do a job well done next time.
