Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation rate nowadays are getting higher every month. To think that the company is located in Quezon City I'm sad that our rate is the same as what is offered in the provinces. My salary can't feed a family de to inflation. Conversion of Dollar rates are getting higher too.
