Leadership should show appreciation to their teammates, Leadership Should acknowledge that there is issue within the organization and should address it properly. Leadership Should recognize the teammates for their efforts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the most positive culture and environment in our company we can bring our kids at work if there is no one who can attend on them and we can play also if we have a time at our work place
