It is my first time working in the BPO industry and one of the most common misperceptions regarding this industry is that, no matter the company, it would always be toxic however in TASKUS, they allow us to work and improve at our own pace and guide us though challenges without judgement

Everyone is very approachable and respectful towards each other no matter the role or position

Seeing my friends and knowing that I could improve in what I do each day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's just a suggestion, however, it would be nice if employee themselves who decided to study while working could avail the scholarship program just for additional support system
