Overall, my experience has been positive. The company culture and management are acceptable. However, the recent redeployment process, which prioritizes transferring employees to more toxic accounts instead of considering agent preferences, is concerning and needs improvement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my current compensation doesn't reflect my experience and workload. While I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the team, my current compensation package does not include night differential or overtime pay.
