We are open but still keeping the respect and boundaries.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

None. The only thing that is good is the career opportunity, though.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Salary, good working equipment (even with 2 monitors, it doesn't help when the whole PC lags), HR, and support.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just thinking that you don't have a decent salary and you will use a lagging PC company makes it worse. The only good thing is our team is positive and comfortable with each other. But with how the company treats its employee, then there won't be any excitement at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the P12,000 basic salary (P20,600 as a whole package), even with the provincial rate, won't help employees to make the ends meet. The inflation is high ALL OVER THE PHILIPPINES. TaskUs should conduct a social survey somehow to see how hard it is to budget the P20,600 especially if single parent
