There are many benefits and opportunities. The cultural variety offers a fresh feeling especially for a greek environment. However due to unorganized expansion and poor upper level management the company loses its original function as an American new age company and lacks efficiency and compassion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That each project is tight. The members of each squad become really close and friendly. There is freedom on what to wear as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand the nature of TaskUs and its business. All teammates should have a fair evaluation and rights. However not all projects are the same. Some require extensive knowledge and are more draining and challenging. Differentiating the pay appropriately is Important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They offer a variety of personalities and culture with different perspectives and knowledge. They have a humane attitude and are really considerate as well. They make me excited to come to work everyday. They also teach me and allow me to share my values as well.
