It was good at first when the people around you are really nice and kind but as times goes and change of management happened it became toxic and toxic everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
automatic leave approval even though some managers will ask you to cancel your leave sometimes

I don't think the leaders under our campaign will be better. feedbacks were given directly to them but nothing changed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The merit increase is very little even your performance for your whole stay in the company is more than 100% always. Higher compensation or increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates were all fine and they are hardworking people but the manager is so toxic even the manager's manager. Micro managing at its finest. Manager is always driven by her emotion and the way she's dealing with the team will be based on her mood.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager is so toxic even the manager's manager. Micro managing at its finest. Manager is always driven by her emotion and the way she's dealing with the team will be based on her mood. Asses the attitude of the people with higher position. Most of them are abusing their power.
