Overall experience are all good. The company's way of helping his TM are definitely helpful and heart warming. Its just there are some things that the company needs to improve when it comes to salary compensation.

Each people know each other well and treat each other as one campaign.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Campaign keep adding upskill. In the beginning of the contract there are certain boundaries and skill set that agreed on the contract adding additional task and training will breach the contract. There is also a fear that if this concern will be raised, it will have a negative impact to us TM.
