I really admire this company on my first year. Mow , I felt a bit disappointed as there is no clear path for career advancement. This was my goal ever since- to build permanent career, but when I already had the opportunity I was not given a clear vision on my role and was only set for ''temporary''

Lacks resiliency! If they can be more adaptable and goal oriented.

Honestly none. Could be the skill allowance but it does not pay right.

More constructive roles and responsibilities. Clear path with timeline and goals for career development.
