Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued and less paid at work due to a lack of recognition for my contributions, being assigned tasks that don't match my skill level and colleagues taking credit for your work. Also the remuneration is less for the work I do. Night shifts and too much work load makes it difficult.
