When i first started it seemed pretty good, however a lot of the perks has stopped, we don't have the Thursday fun days anymore. The pay isn't really keeping up with inflation and the hours are very limited. I'd love for a 4x10 option and actual growth opportunities.

They're open and honest about whats happening in the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
They make the day go by quickly talking to them and they're eager to help with questions that i have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This last year i got a .15 raise which felt very small. We switched from a really good medical insurance to insurance that isn't that great. Sick time only rolling over for a few months isn't that great since most people need sick time during cold and flu season at the end of the year.
