I had never worked on a bpo, and I find to bea good experience, I feel that everyday I learn more and able to give back to the company, I look forward to maybe make a career at this company, for I am almost 40 years old and looking for a place to grow

We have fun , but also help each other with our calls, everyone is eager to help make each other better

I love the dental and visual benefits, also the minor medical, I already have a major medical but I'm looking forward for that benefit to

they are willing to hear your concerns, seem to care about your life apart from work, and also try to make the workhours as relaxed and fun as they can

Being able to help the customers, makes me feel good about myself and that I am giving back to the company, makes me feel that I deserve the benefits the company is able to provide
