My overall experience with the company is fantastic. Though the salary may not be negotialble, the company still provides perks that will surely benefits the employee.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company has includes allowances and incentives. It comes with benefit such as scholarship to help the employee with kids like me. The company also has benefits that could help me mould as a person
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Though, CSat is not included on my KPI but it helps the energy to be positive in the prod when there is a Csat Shout out to recognise my co worker for their hardwork.
