One of the best and worst experience I had with a company . Specially due to the MANAGEMENT and the lack of their competence they have created ALOT oof issues for me specially targeting me daily and still I have one of the best scores from my process . Thanks to them I have so much patience now .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing can be done even if someone wants to do anything , The management is just not ready to listen to employees .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is doing nothing about the issues that needs to be addressed and nothing is done . People on the daily basis VIOLATE so many policies but If I make a simple mistake it has been highlighted every time . I am being targeted by everyone .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives are deducted for being late and Pl and Cl as well , Although the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK Cleary states no DEDUCTIONS can be made for the same . still My Managers deduct out incentives . Which is a part of my PAY and should not be deducted .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything starting from not being Biased in the first place for the EMPLOYEES that do the most sale . Which is not the GOAL CSAT is the GOAL of the process but as I opposed a VIOLATION of having music on the FLOOR they are all against e and want me out they have been watching my every move waiting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to get better in general . Here People are hired based on their ENGLISH skills and they still create issues when i request them to play good ENGLISH music but they still want to be the same listen to the same . No one is even worth being hired by task us . But I guess Hr's here are BLIND
