Decent company, the salary is not great and the promotions availability and actual process could not be further from what is advertised. Apart from that i believe it is a good work enviroment but difficult to ascent to a better position for a career.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hardware is nowear near like it should be and the pay can barely get you by in greece. Also, you would think that a company this big would have som more connections regarding the benefits.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The nature of the position is very boring and the "safety hazards" regarding other open apps is not the best. some music and maybe some flexibility on the break and lunch punching availability, like breaking it up in smaller breaks, or some available smoke breaks.
