Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Feeling undervalued as an individual contributor is a part of the employment model you set up. If we were made to feel valued, we'd be treated with dignity and respect. There's no considerations made for the betterment of teammates WHATSOEVER.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I'd love to answer this question, but interacting with my team is a deviation from productivity that is highly discouraged at TaskUs. There's many days I'd like to not feel stressed by talking with my coworkers, but that's a behavioral instance that can get me fired.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Every day that I show up, a facet of my job that I find enjoyable is stripped away a piece at a time. Whether it be limiting bathroom breaks, uncomfortable chairs, eliminating interaction with coworkers, or firing entire campaigns with a week of notice, the company's operations need to change.
