We have small amount of days off available to us for the year. not even 1 sick day per month. rules you have to follow in order to get the incentive get more excessive each month. You can't call in sick one day, can use more than One PTO day and it has to approved prior to the incentive announced

Being able to gain incentives is good. The rules to follow to earn them is excessive

Direct leader and other leaders on the floor help and listen. OM do not and impose unrealistic rules and guidelines
