I'll rate it with 7. During the first few years of stay with the company, leadership was very good. Nowadays, I don't understand. A lot of leaders have forgotten or is not aware of the vision and mission of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Requests of whatever reason are actioned immediately.
What makes you most happy at work?
Light work, comfortable environment, non-toxic work

They always make sure that employee welfare is a top priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Remove salary capping. Inasmuch as teammates would like to stay with the company, no salary growth after salary pay cap doesn't make anybody valued. Especially nowadays, where prices of everything is so high
