the performance bonus (both cash + equity), for equity I appreciate the vesting occurs on a weekly basis

Very transparent and do a fantastic job communicating to the organization...it feels like you know them and almost forget you're part of a 25K global org

They are just good people - we have similar values and I've made some really great friends at work that I know will stay in touch at whatever point I leave Uber.
