Transparency, not afriad to answer tough questions, always aim for the north star and stay positive during challenging times

Coming from non-tech role, the the base salary is more competitive than most companies in the bay area Also the health benefits and leave is amazing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We still have a "build" mentality and job autonomy so the work that I do know that it will make an impact to team, org and/or the company
