I felt mislead about what RTO really meant. I feel this should be clear as there seems to be a cap on PTO. Pay could also be more competitive as the ever changing landscape in cost of living and being able to sustain an average lifestyle can be hard

I don't believe we are paid fairly for the work we do unless you are in the Sales Team in which you get paid ridiculously for little work in comparison to the efforts other teams need to put it as a bare minimum. It is disheartening to lose benefits such as flex-4 when this was the deciding factor

We have a ton of responsibilities and our workload is currently heavy, a lot of the team feel like they are very busy and sometimes it can feel overwhelming balancing 2 software and constantly changing and updating processes - with us changing title, the compensation should reflect the change too.

The amount of work assigned to each of us has more than doubled without any corresponding increase in compensation. The absence of efficient processes has resulted in prolonged delays in resolving issues and has created a tense atmosphere within the workplace.
