I enjoy working for albertsons and the opportunity to grow woth the company is always abailable. That being said, financially growing dowsnt match woth the yests you give to the conpany. Once I moved into management I was topped out on the pay scale. I made the same amount of money my entire carrer.

I saw the bakery manager mix cake with her bare arms and the scrape the batter off of her are with the plastic scraper into the bowel. so I quit. could tell management they were BFF . Yeas later I applied and on April 3rd my application was excepted . I have been just played with my time my emotions

No structure, the shift leaders dont treat other employees not Guests with respect or dignity, its a dark clouded environment

NOTHING, There are no rules for the way they service the community just look any kind of way on the front line at store 5545 and when I made a comment about it is when my problems got bigger. April 3rd 2022 still no word on when I can or could really start work. Please drop in to this store .

The pay scale is not competitive. They gave new hites a hire on bonus whike loyal employees contine to make the same pay if they are topped out. Which in my case is 17.00 an hour. I've worked there for 19 years. I stay because I enjoy my job and write my own scheduke.
