What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership simply do not care, all they care is numbers and where to cut overheads and employ low paid people from India for max work with minimum pay. Don't you think this is discrimination?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical is fully covered and I don't have to pay additional out of pocket even when I needed to add the rest of my family.
