What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do the things I'm good at, and when I need help, it's there and someone talks to me regularly about my progress and challenges.
Being able to satisfy customers!
Hopefully someone tips because if not your making nothing as far as hourly is concerned

There are mot good leaders or managers. The good ones are sadly gone.
If the schedule someone for 7:00 am we should be there at they house to do the job at 7 am sometimes they don’t get seen until 9/10 in the morni
pay employees more or hire more people
Management is awful. They won't put in the time to help people succeed
