What are some of the best things about your team?
I honestly don't have an effective answer outside of personal relations with co workers outside of work.
We are all dedicated to the work
We are all on the same page and work well together
The co workers are the best part, everything else is the worst part
Team members coming from different backgrounds that makes workings with my peers a great experience for me.
They're all hard working guys for the most part, good personality but none of them ever stay because of the horrible pay and even worse workinf conditions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just better pay because morale is low
Stand up for themselves instead of just being ok with them neglecting the work we do or the equipment we use to do the job
