Organization, place is a mess and getting worse by the day. Owner is not capable of running this business, he does not have skills to accomplish what he wants. He just harass and treats people. His mood fluctuates all the time, people just try to run and avoid him when he is around.
Theyre too worried about numbers instead of the well being of their workers

I feel do to unfair advantages other employees get that it makes myself and other co workers over looked in all catagories. I would feel better about my pay if i was actually paid what I was shown. I would feel better about my pay if there was ANY acknowledgement of a performance evaluation.
Bonuses were promised on the want ad and at the interview(s) but never came. Call centre workers made more than the people in the trucks which doesn't seem fair
Owner always promise bonuses and profits thay never really get into our accounts, when he sees we are getting good shares he rise the amounts and pay us wrong all the time, we have to keep record of everything otherwise you won't get properly paid for what you earn in bonuses, tips or profit.
We never get profit share, there are zero benefits and the job is extremely risky for your health

I honestly don't have an effective answer outside of personal relations with co workers outside of work.

My team is realistically positive and when there are opportunities, we address them head on. We travel quite a bit so lots of time to get to know each other personally and professional. I can say many of my colleagues are my friends.

Not get in to the warehouse, is a ninghmare to meet owner, we try to dodge him as many times we can.
