Stand up for themselves instead of just being ok with them neglecting the work we do or the equipment we use to do the job

The person who hired me was great and very understanding and wanted nothing but the best for this company but once he was gone everything started falling apart

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

EVERYTHING. Mainly Communication and giving us the proper equipment and fixing the trucks most of them have cracked windshields or have the check engine light ABS light & Brake light on

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If the schedule someone for 7:00 am we should be there at they house to do the job at 7 am sometimes they don’t get seen until 9/10 in the morni

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

First is for the work we are doing ESPECIALLY in the rain we need benefits because anyone can get hurt here or some of the jobs we do we shouldn’t be sent to do some houses have ammonia smell which is VERY toxic or the situation or area isn’t safe especially being out at n
