I think the pay is competitive and I am part of a larger, supportive team. At my previous company, I would've gotten less pay and been asked to do 5x the work, leading to low quality.

For a remote first company, I'm not sure why we are using geography to determine pay scales.

My team is large and supportive. I feel like I can turn to a lot of different people for help and I can collaborate with many of them if I'm stuck on an idea or need feedback. Additionally, the roles are pretty well defined, so I don't have to look to far to find the right expert.
