They are active in spreading in what is on and where we are going. They also take time each month to do an All Hands meeting in each region to engage with us on how we are doing and if there are any concerns or questions which means they care!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is the possibility to work remotely and the support the company gives us to do so

It's good plan for someone with a family

Package is great, however as part of the healthcare or something to that effect, it would be great to see some sort of stipend for gym memberships. Working out will lower the costs of health insurance among many other benefits, just seems like a good add.

The little things like travel insurance for business and personal along with amount of personal time off to get allow us to refocus or get personal things done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd have to investigate what my comparable salary would be at other companies. Until recently, my skill set was underutilized. I'm hoping in the next round of raises, I'll be brought up to what I should be making and assigned work equal to my sill level.

The best thing for me is the respect for personal life combined with the. good environment that people create in the office. We want to participate in office events because the environment is good, but if for any reason we cannot or do not want to participate, everything is ok just the same.

The challenge and the questions which are focused on the position challenges. The interviews are always focused on trying to fit the candidate into the position where he will be 1st) the most happy and 2nd) the most productive.

The interviews helped both sides understand very clearly expectations, and it felt like a friendly conversation, not an inquisition. The technical questions helped my team understand who and what they were getting with me, and I helped me understand how I could contribute to the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
our technical debt is staggering, we do a poor job of service assurance, quality control, and monitoring. monitoring, reporting, and telemetry are insufficient, and no standards and practices are defined. we have intelligent highly trained people with few, poorly maintained tools.

Allocation of resources is tough, more emphasis is spent on how we look than how we work so the underlying structure suffers. Fixes and improvements are very slow to happen because of backlogs and not enough time/money/effort put in to fix them. There is not enough vision getting down to the workers
