What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused and intentional. They provide stability without too many team reorganizations unless it's really necessary which allows the team to keep burning through the never-ending backlog of things to develop.

What I appreciate most about the leadership team is their approachability. They foster an environment where it's easy to ask questions, share ideas, or raise concerns without fear of judgment. Whether it's during team meetings or informal chats, they make themselves available and genuinely listen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for my area is much lower than tech hub pay despite cost of living being similar or higher. I accepted the job because it's the best pay in the area, but not even close to CA or TX.

Adobe does not follow reward cycle in the sense that individuals should be given promotions when they've delivered great work and prove that they have potential but this is rarely the case.

Workfront is too silo'ed and it's hard for cross-functional collaboration

There is a lack of caring at Workfront. Everyone deflects ownership of duties whenever possible. When they do get assigned ownership, they do the bare minimum. There is no pride and it's contagious.

Job stability. By far and away that's the most important factor for my wellbeing and integration.

The rest of the company may be alright, but management over product dev is a bit brutal. They seem out of touch with what dev is doing and what motivates dev.
