I love working in the automotive industry and have without question provided the company with excellent work ethic and ingenuity as a key leader in my particular organization. However, the choice and quality in the upper leadership in my particular region is a major flaw sadly.

Period ,hands down need to pay attention to your frontline Soldiers, GMs. Your general managers need guidance and mentorship in order to pull this company up by its bootstrap. Listen to their ideas,issies and concerns. Make sure your regional managment is ethically sound
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am a manager and need to be heard. I love the company and stand for what is right. I treat others with a great amount of dignity and respect. I expect the same. My Advance Auto leadership has failed me and the company. They are not recognizing the passion and talent right in front of them. PEOPLE
