What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Cant even keep the tape and shrink wrap supply stocked. But make sure you Inform the chain of command of any issues or else.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe just value the employees. Instead of thrown away any damage to it because it's just a stand box we can sell that stuff to the employees at a discount and use that money to maybe work on a bonus or company parties or something like that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regardless of performance your pay is based on a scale that should change. Any kind of token of appreciation on the holidays of Christmas Thanksgiving maybe a card maybe a turkey any kind of bonus something like that. But I'm sure the corporate in and the NASCAR drivers get their bonus.
