
people buy from people. with the high turnover rate the downward spiral won't stop until the turnover rate slows down
the teammates. but with the extremely high turnover rate (50%+) the culture is changing rapidly to where there is no culture.
if my boss would not keep hiring new teammates (same position as i had) for a higher salary than i made after 29 years of service.
supporting the stores better. while they make A LOT of money, the teammates at store level don't feel supported - yet they are the ones putting the money in the cash drawer every day
we all support each other and have each others backs. Our boss on the other had DID NOT support us or have our backs. He managed 6 people and 4 of them are gone in 1 year, yet HR and upper management won't do anything about him!!!
