Love the people that I work with. We have a wonderful Team! What I don't like is the pay is to little for the amount of running around and making customers happy. We pride ourselves on customer service and don't really get rewarded for our job. We might get a recognition but nothing monetary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health Insurance Benefits are horrible! We use to have a fantastic plan and then they switched companies to save money at the expense of the employees. Now I have a high deductible plan at a high rate. Obama care would be better! Can't get cause company offers insurance!
