I love my store. I love my co worker. I love my job, but the pay is ridiculous. It kills motivation of the employees. I wanted a career at Advanced, but I can't afford it. My pay is embarrassing.

For what is expected the pay doesn't fit. Company can't trust people they are taking advantage of, so stores have problems.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We only have a few employees that do everything, and hit our goals, but we still don't make any money. We make money for the company, but they don't give back. GREED.
