Respectful and understanding of everybody and their differences. But i do feel undervalued in comparison to the male employees who all make mote money than me. Despite having same duties
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i made atleast .50 more hourly. I am reasonable and would like to move up in this company and have a future here however, financially it doesn't seem like a possible goal
