I am a part-time delivery driver, but I've been in the automotive business for 20+ years. I am currently on disability, but I have worked for the competitors everything from the retail commercial and inside/outside Sales. I work at a hub store in a second city and we have a strong store manager also

What makes you most happy at work?
Visiting commercial a/c's & fullfilling their automotive needs. Also its nice when they know you by your name. Also learning new things about products & operations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems like when my store manager comes out of meetings and we're going over numbers. We're always looking at ways to improve and he's always opened ideas and constructive criticism.
