Pay is not where it should be given years with the company, ASE's, education, automotive experience, etc...

Real pay raises, bring back APAL option for parts look up. New computers, computer programs, equipment and tools, etc...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hours to the store for employees to be hired, and give real pay raises after getting a 70 million dollar tax break - giving 3, 10, 13, 20 cent raises will not keep employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need real pay raises, especially to get qualified people, as well as to keep the qualified team members. Get a real IT department back in the USA and not the one in India.
