Going to work is difficult everyday. I don't mind the work I do, but the management is miserable.

Communication and consistency with policies. Rules shouldn't just apply to some, they should apply to all.

The younger generation needs a better work ethic. They don't seem to think they have to come to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our insurance changed this year and now instead of a co-pay we have to meet a high deductible on top of our monthly premiums. I can't afford to go to the doctor.
