Better communication, less hostility. It always feels like theres a competition on whos working more or whos the favorite.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All work is put on one person while another person does nothing or catches an attitude when asked to do their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are worked from the time we arrive to the time we leave. Half of the time we are leaving past our end time and for free because we are clocked out at our time by the manager while we are out on a delivery run.
