There needs to be incentive programs that encourage everyone to do better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are the most positive element. I get nothing from corporate to encourage me to do better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store is in disrepair, and needs a refresh. When a store looks old and run down, people go elsewhere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning that you get what you pay for. Minimum wage nets minimum results. If they paid their people better, there would be more incentive to excel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to perform a competitive pay analysis and pay their people better. The only reason I got a miniscule raise was because the state increased the minimum wage. It's insulting.
