50/50. We have a lot of daily duities and when busy we can get overwhelmed. But I enjoy the fast pace of it and that is why I like it.

We become friends and like a family. Which allows us to work better with each other.

Assisting my customers find their parts and they are confident in my skills to know that they will get the right items.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Commercial manager I was being compensated less than the retail employees. 15 years in auto parts and I was getting less than the new employees who had no experience. I feel they should base pay off of experience and how hard we work.
